Renew’s primary goal is to work with our clients as part of a planned maintenance program to preserve the attractiveness of their properties at a pristine level. This in turn will allow them to remain competitive in today’s market for rental, resale and general business appearance while upholding the level of excellence and splendor expected of Bermuda’s landscape. With the use of biodegradable and environmentally friendly ingredients we can effectively power wash anything. Power washing can improve the look of any property while also protecting it. Regular scheduled cleanings extend finishes and paint life while also removing unsafe mildew and mould spores that cause allergies and destroy the integrity of the product. At Renew, we believe in providing the very best External Residential and Commercial property cleaning services throughout the island. Created to fill a specific need, Renew is dedicated to the cleaning and restoration of ‘your’ property with the highest level of service. With the use of specialized equipment we are able to clean areas using 8-12 times less water than conventional methods, therefore helping to preserve Bermudas valuable water resources. We also try and ensure that when the peak drought season is upon us that we monitor our usage. With a past in the water delivery business we are fully aware of the critical need to preserve water and do our best to limit wastage at all times.

Company Profile

Background Renew was founded by Cory E. Powell in January 2006 incorporated in March 2006, offering exterior property cleaning, pressure washing and restoration for Commercial, Municipal, Governmental, Marine and Residential property owners and managers. Even though a new business, the principles were involved in a similar role for many years prior, providing high-class building cleaning and maintenance services to businesses and residential clients throughout the island.

Certification

Cory Powell – Owner and Founder of Renew Ltd, has worked in the water industry for over 25 years. Cory began his career within the family business Everett M Powell Water service where he was involved in the delivery of water, tank maintenance, waterproofing and building/property restoration works. His experience in the trade ranges from overseeing large commercial jobs to residential projects and Government contracts.
Cory founded Renew Ltd in 2006 through his passion to keep Bermuda a beautiful island home and to provide the very best customer service possible. Since opening as a mobile pressure washing company he has expanded the service line to include restoration and concrete waterproofing through XYPEX. In 2008 while working on several projects with XYPEX he was approached by the manufacturer’s representative to take over the local distribution and technical service side on island.
Since then Cory has consulted and carried out over 100 successful waterproofing projects throughout the island. Cory takes pride in every job and with a small tight knit ALL Bermudian crew he is able to ensure clients needs are well managed. Cory believes that the Renew Crew are the best in the business and stresses that without the right staff you are doomed to fail. Cory thanks the team for all of their hard work.

Matthew joined the Renew Ltd team in 2009 to manage multiple projects and has been instrumental in the continued growth of the company ever since. Matthew has developed a true talent for successfully coordinating all components of a project and meeting deadlines; as well as, effectively communicating with all involved parties. His no-nonsense attitude, along with a great sense of humor makes him a great mentor for the entire team. Working around water all day makes Matthew a little sad as he would rather be fishing 😉

Started with Renew Ltd in September 2010, she brings with her over 17 years of office administrative skills and customer service. Busy mom of twin boys and loves spending time with her husband and children. Enjoys shopping, movies, baking, travelling and sitting off with a few good friends.

Reggie was an original Renew employee who left Bermuda to pursue a career in the UK. He has returned in 2015 and works within all divisions but his passion and primary focus is in the Restoration & Pressure Washing Division.

It is part of our mission to consistently provide the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. Our company philosophy dictates that honesty, respect and integrity should be instilled in every job, and that a dedicated, knowledgeable team and hard work ensures the best value for clients.

With over a decade of experience in the pressure washing industry, Renew has in depth knowledge of Bermuda’s particular climate and how to remediate the ravages it can take on a property. We are fully certified and authorized in our industry, and Renew is the authorized distributor, technical support and installer of Xypex products in Bermuda – the industry standard in waterproofing materials.

Renew is all about water conservation, so with the use of specialized equipment, we are able to clean areas using 8 to 12 times LESS water than conventional methods and do the job 12 times FASTER! Our ‘green’ cleaning products are safe and biodegradable.
